Good afternoon Linda, I ordered a container from your company and then received a phone call to say it would be delivered 4 days later at 8.30am in West Wales, I have to admit I was apprehensive as I have dealt with other companies that are actually in West Wales, who say they will be there at a set time and then arrive 2 hours later, however with your company, sure enough at 8.30am on the dot, the container and lorry were parked outside. The driver introduced himself, and explained that he might have trouble getting the container up the narrow lane to place it in the correct position, again after some discussion, he drove the lorry up the lane and placed the container exactly where I wanted it. The driver was extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. It was lovely for him to take an interest in my project as well.

The nest day I received a telephone call to see if everything was alright and that I was satisfied - what great customer service you provide! If I need a container again in the future, I will definitely be using your company.

I contacted three companies to supply and deliver me a new 20’ container – Storage Conex & Canopies was the only company that got back to me and were able to provide a “one-stop-shop” experience – supply, delivery and locks. Contact and quotes were received within minutes and always with courtesy. The delivery procedure was easy. A very competent driver with Hi-Ab delivered and positioned the container exactly where it was needed – it was inch-perfect, literally, Great job! The container itself was how it was described; Clean, undamaged and looks as if it had only been used once. I have found Atlas Container, helpful and professional. Thank you to all the staff at Storage Conex & Canopies. I received my damp sticks which I got for our motor home, I put one in when the weather started to get a bit cold, when I went in the other day there was about an inch of water in the bottom of the stick. I am so thrilled with it everything was bone dry, pillows and bedding that I had forgotten to take out. I thoroughly recommend these sticks and am so glad I had been recommended to your company. I have rated this item five stars would have given it more given the chance.
